This Privacy Policy describes how AI Creators ("Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal data when you use our software-as-a-service platform, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to this Policy.

2. Scope
This Policy applies to personal data we process about account owners, website visitors, and users who upload or generate content using the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.
3. Data We Collect
- Account Data: name, email address, password (hashed), plan details, communication preferences.
- Payment Data: processed by our payment processor (e.g., Paddle, Dodo or similar). We receive limited billing metadata (e.g., payment status, invoice identifiers) and do not store full card details.
- User Content: videos, audio, images, text, prompts, and associated metadata you upload or generate. User Content may incidentally contain personal data; we process it to provide the Service.
- Usage and Device Data: IP address, device/browser information, pages/features used, timestamps, error logs, and diagnostics, which may be collected via our hosting and analytics providers.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: we use essential cookies to operate the Service and may use analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
- Support Communications: messages and attachments you send to our support channels.
4. How We Use Data
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Authenticate users, manage accounts, and process transactions.
- Generate Outputs and deliver product features (including Licensed Assets).
- Provide support, communicate service updates, and respond to inquiries.
- Monitor, secure, and prevent abuse and fraud.
- Improve the Service, including quality, safety, and performance. We may use de-identified or aggregated User Content and metadata to improve features and underlying models; you can opt out (see Section 9).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Visitors)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process personal data based on: (a) performance of a contract (to provide the Service); (b) legitimate interests (e.g., security, product improvement, communications); (c) consent for certain analytics or marketing; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
6. Sharing of Data
We share personal data with:
- Service Providers/Processors: hosting (e.g., Vercel), storage (e.g., S3/R2), AI providers (e.g., OpenAI/Anthropic/Replicate or similar), analytics (e.g., GA/PostHog), email (e.g., Resend), and payments (e.g., Paddle/Dodo). These providers process data under our instructions.
- Compliance and Safety: to comply with law, respond to legal requests, or protect rights, property, and safety.
- Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal data.
7. International Transfers
We may transfer personal data to countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) and ensure recipients provide adequate protection.
8. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Upon verified request, we delete personal data, subject to lawful retention (e.g., tax records) and technical constraints (e.g., backups).
9. Model Training and Opt-Out
We may use de-identified or aggregated User Content and metadata to improve the Service and underlying AI models. You can opt out by emailing admin@aiugc.ad. Opting out may limit certain features.
10. Your Rights
- Access, Rectification, Deletion: request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
- Portability and Restriction (GDPR): request data export or restrict certain processing.
- Objection and Consent Withdrawal: object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time.
- Complaints: you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority where applicable.

11. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit/at rest where supported by our providers, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us to request deletion.
13. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the Service and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies via your browser settings. Where required by law, we will present consent options for non-essential cookies.
14. Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
For business customers subject to data protection laws (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR), we offer a Data Processing Addendum upon request. Contact admin@aiugc.ad.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g., by email or in-app). The updated Policy becomes effective on the stated date; continued use indicates acceptance.
